Oshawa ON — For the second time in as many days, two Green Party of Canada campaign signs could be seen fighting on the side of the road. These two had to be separated just yesterday after a physical altercation led to some wrinkles and bent posts.
The NDP sign had tried to settle them down because they didn’t need that kind of riff-raff taking eyes away from them. They offered to help settle the dispute at any cost which seemed to work but the kicking and screaming started the next day. The Liberal sign tried to throw some money at them to get counselling but the Conservative sign thought some tax credits towards counselling would make more sense. The People’s Party of Canada stayed away from the ruckus in fear of falling over the edge of Earth.
When the dust finally settled and the rips and tears were analyzed, a lot of embarrassment was felt by everybody. It had the feel of a dugout fight between teammates during a blowout loss. The Green signs will probably tell everyone it was a brotherly fight but we all know they can’t stand each other. For now, they will sit together on the same corner because their party can’t afford to send new ones. We’re just hoping they can make it to September 20th without ripping each other apart.
