Havelock ON — Staring at his wife with daggers, Ian Schnieder can’t believe what his wife has just done. While sitting with his Bits & Bites which clearly say no fry zone, his wife Michelle thought it would be a good idea to bring him his dinner which consisted of fries, a clear breach.
“I know she meant well, but there is a clear warning on the bag in bright yellow and black that it was a no fry zone,” he told us.
Not knowing what to do, the man quickly threw the plate onto the floor, spreading the food everywhere and breaking the plate. Having an uneven dinnerware set is not something he wanted to deal with today but it was his only option at that point. He could only pray that the fries scattered about landed outside of the perimeter.
For twenty minutes he sat there nervously, not knowing the protocol for a breached no fry zone. He figures it wouldn’t hurt to wait a little while longer to make sure he and his wife are safe. He listened for jet fighters in the distance but all he could hear were the sobs of his wife. If all is well by then, he will sweep up his food and apologize to his wife for yelling at her but also politely explain to her to be aware of her surroundings from now on.
